My task says Waiting for credits

RANKit Troubleshooting

Add credits, then resume the task from History.

When a task starts, RANKit checks your balance. If you have no credits left, the task gets the status Waiting and the progress shows Waiting for credits. If email notifications are on, you also receive an email.

Fix it

  • Open Plans and add credits: upgrade, buy a Pay As You Go pack or redeem a gift code.
  • Go back to History, open the task's ⋮ menu and choose Resume task.

The task continues and keeps its progress. If you prefer to wait, credits are renewed at the start of the next calendar month, after which you can resume the task.
