Search engines update results on their own schedule.
RANKit saves your meta tags in Shopify immediately, but search engines show them only after they crawl the page again.
Check that the tags are saved
- Open the product in Shopify and look at the Search engine listing section.
- Or open the task's View details in History and read the preview.
Why Google may differ
- Recrawling can take days or weeks.
- Google sometimes rewrites titles or descriptions to match a search.
- Some themes or SEO apps override the page title; check your theme settings.
You can ask Google to recrawl important pages with Google Search Console.
