RANKit Troubleshooting

Filters that skip products and how to include them.

Skipped products are not updated and do not use credits. If every product was skipped, the task completes with All products already had meta tags. No changes were made.

Common reasons

  • Only process published products is on and the product is a draft or archived.
  • Only process active products is on and the product is archived.
  • The vendor name does not match exactly, including capital letters.
  • Skip previously processed products is on and RANKit already updated the product.

Fix it

Create a new task with the filter adjusted, for example with the skip option turned off, and run it on the products you need.
