Task size limits and how to cover a large catalog.

If the Products: count in the task details is lower than your catalog, check these points.

  • A task with All the Products processes up to 2,500 products. Collection tasks process up to 2,500 products per collection.
  • Filters such as Only process published products skip some products.
  • Products created after the task ran are not included unless auto-processing is on.

Cover the rest

Run additional tasks by collection or vendor, keeping Skip previously processed products on so finished products are not redone. Then click Refresh Report on Home and check the SEO Meta Tags Score.
