Do unused credits carry over to next month?
On paid plans, yes: unused credits roll over and are added to next month's allowance. On the Free plan, the balance resets to 50 tags.

On Starter, Professional and Enterprise, credits you don't use roll over at the start of the next calendar month. Usage This Month then shows Your total includes … carried over credits.
On the Free plan, the allowance resets to 50 tags each month without rollover.
