Do keywords apply to all my future tasks?
Keywords and the custom prompt are saved per task. Settings like language and meta tag options apply to every task that runs after you save.

Keywords and the custom prompt belong to the task where you enter them. That task's repeats and auto-processing reuse them.
The wizard pre-fills them for your next task in the same browser, but you can change them. Store-wide options, like Language and the meta tag settings, live in Settings.
