Where do task notification emails go?
To the Notification Email in Settings, which starts as your store email. You can change it to any address and save.

Emails go to the address in Notification Email in the Email Notifications card of Settings. It starts as your store email.
You get an email when a task completes, completes with errors, fails or waits for credits, as long as Send email notifications for completed or failed tasks is on. Check spam if nothing arrives.
