Can I use the app in Spanish but write in English?
Yes. Interface language and meta tag language are separate settings, so the app can be in Spanish while meta tags are written in English.

Yes. In Settings, set Interface language under General settings to Spanish. Then keep Language under AI Generation Preferences on English.
The interface comes in 12 languages; the meta tag language list has 33. Changing one never changes the other.
