Will a second run charge me for the same products?
Not if Skip previously processed products is on: products RANKit already updated and that still have meta tags are skipped for free.

With Skip previously processed products on (the default), products that already have meta tags and were updated by an earlier RANKit task are skipped and do not use credits.
Turn it off only when you want fresh tags for those products, for example after changing your settings or prompt.
