Auto-process new products

RANKit Auto-processing

Let a task write meta tags for new products automatically.

Auto-processing keeps your catalog covered as it grows. When a new product matches a task's criteria, RANKit writes its meta title and meta description without you starting another task.

Turn it on

  • In New Task, choose All the Products or Specific Collections.
  • In Configure Product Settings, find the Auto-processing Options card.
  • Tick Auto-process new products that match this task's criteria.
  • Finish the wizard and submit the task.

New products use the task's filters, keywords and custom prompt, plus your current Settings. In History, the task's Auto Update column shows Products only, and after it completes the progress shows Ongoing.
