That comes from Add trust signals. Turn it off or name your real policy in the custom prompt, and exclude words you can't promise.

Add trust signals asks the AI for phrases like Free shipping or Secure checkout. Turn it off in SEO Meta Description Settings if those aren't true for you.
Or keep it and state your real policy in the custom prompt, and add free shipping to Exclude keywords. Then rerun the affected products.
