Why can't I make a run-now task repeat?
Recurring tasks need a scheduled start. Choose Schedule this task to run later; the first run can be just a few minutes from now.

Repeats are calculated from a scheduled start time, so with Add to queue now the app shows Recurring tasks must be scheduled for later.
Choose Schedule this task to run later instead. The date and time start at one hour from now, and you can set them sooner if you want the first run right away.
